  2. First Session - We'll explore what brings you to counselling and what would you like to achieve.
  3. Ongoing Support - Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works best for you.
  4. ​Practical Tools - Each session leaves you with insights and strategies you can apply right away.
