​I'm a counsellor and the heart behind Equanimous Mind Works, a space for calm minds, open hearts and empowered lives.

​Originally from Hungary, I've lived in the USA, London and now call Australia home. My journey into counselling came through a rich and varied career, but one thing has always guided me - a deep curiosity about people and passion for helping others heal and grow.

I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where we can work together to ease anxiety, shift unhelpful patterns and reconnect with what matters most.
