Your email account can easily be accessed through a web browser. Go to http://www.yourdomain.com.au/webmail/ ("yourdomain" being the domain name that you have registered)

Please add the trailing slash to the url or it will not work.

Make sure you use your complete email address as the username:

eg. yourname@yourdomain.com.au

Enter the password for your account and you will have a choice between two email programs - Horde or SquirrelMail. Choose the program that you prefer, as they are both quite similar in usability.

The program will allow you to check mail, delete messages and send messages - all the functions of a typical email program.

We have also provided you with a movie tutorial on how to use and access your Web Mail account through your web hosting control panel. You can access this movie tutorial by going to the Email Tutorials Page and choosing How to use Webmail.
